What's The Purpose Of The Once-A-Day Pack?

The packs were created for convenience, safety and freshness. Once-a-day packs eliminate the need for cumbersome, individual bottles; confusion about dosage amounts; and hassles while traveling. In additon to being packed in a sealed container, each Once-a-day pack is also individually sealed. A sealed pack means you only open the supplements you need each day, extending the potency of the product for a longer period of time.

What's The Best Time Of Day To Take The Pack?

For optimum results, take the pack with a meal.

You may also take each vitamin separately throughout the day, but they are most effective when taken at once.

If you have a medical condition that prevents normal swallowing, do not take this product.
